With the upcoming presidential election in France, I hear about the topics that interest the French population. In the top three is immigration. Because I live most of my time in the virtual world of Excel, I thought about the issue of integration in the wide world of Excel and I came to the conclusion that VBA is a great example of integration. Hence I wrote the below post and as with everything I publish, it’s non-serious.
If I were an Excel feature, I would have been the VBA.
VBA is a foreigner living in the world of Excel. It has its own language and interface but works with Excel to automate things and add additional capacities to Excel. You can call on it when you need it, but if not then VBA is sitting there minding its own business.
Some users of Excel are not even aware of its existence but once they start interacting with it, they love it.
